2027: Ughievwen Leaders, Stakeholders Adopt Tinubu, Oborevwori, Other APC Candidates

Leaders and stakeholders of the Ughievwen Kingdom in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State have unanimously adopted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and all candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2027 general elections, pledging their full support to ensure the party's victory at the polls.
The adoption was made during a stakeholders' meeting held at the Oginibo residence of the Delta State Commissioner for Works (Highways and Urban Roads), Comrade Reuben Izeze.
The motion for the adoption of the APC candidates was moved by the Chairman of APC Jeremi Ward II, Chief Fidelis Tuvatah, and seconded by Chief Michael Oshetigho. It received unanimous approval from those in attendance.
Addressing the gathering, Comrade Izeze said the meeting was convened to unite political leaders and stakeholders across Ughievwen Kingdom under one platform ahead of the 2027 elections.
He stressed the need for all party faithful to work together as one political family to ensure overwhelming victories for President Tinubu, Governor Oborevwori and other APC candidates.
Izeze also highlighted ongoing and planned infrastructure projects being executed by the Oborevwori administration across Ughievwen Kingdom. According to him, road construction is currently underway on two roads in Okwagbe, as well as roads in Imode and Eyara communities.
He further disclosed that the state government was preparing to award the contracts for the ECN Road.
He explained to the leaders present that the Okwagbe/Otutuama/Ophorigbala/Esaba Road, and the Oginibo/Iwhreogun Road,are projects that are very dear to Governor Oborevwori and he has promised to look at them in the next budgetary cycle as evidence of his commitment to the development of the UGHIEVWEN KINGDOM and her peoples.
Leaders and elders of Ughievwen Kingdom commended Governor Oborevwori for the numerous road projects being executed across Ughelli South Local Government Area, particularly within Ughievwen Kingdom, noting that the projects had significantly improved connectivity and socio-economic activities in their communities.
The meeting was attended by the member representing Ughelli North, Ughelli South and Udu Federal Constituency, Hon. Francis Waive; member representing Ughelli South State Constituency, Hon. Festus Utuama; Prof. G.G. Darah; Chief Andrew Desi; Evangelist Regina Ofigho; Mrs. Happiness Mukoro; Chief Godwin Okporoko; Prince Amos Dase; Evangelist Foghi Jacob; Hon. Matthew Ofioguma; Comrade Samson Onojechere; Comrade Vote Onojighode; Hon. Jacob Tone; Prince Macaulay Dase; Hon. Oteri Homes; Hon. Oghenede Emmanuella; Comrade Jimmy Faka; Comrade Kennedy Gole; Johnson Ogun; Chief David Upaka, and several other political leaders and stakeholders from across Ughievwen Kingdom.
