Just In: Oborevwori Makes Minor Cabinet Reshuffle

Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori, has approved a minor cabinet reshuffle involving the redeployment of four commissioners in his administration.

Under the reshuffle, Engr. Michael Ifeanyi Anoka has been moved from the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Renewal to the Ministry of Energy, while Hon. Sunday Tataobuzogwu has been redeployed from the Ministry of Energy to the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Renewal.

Similarly, Mrs. Rose Ezewu has been transferred from the Ministry of Secondary Education to the Ministry of Primary Education, while Dr. Kingsley Ashibuogwu moves from the Ministry of Primary Education to the Ministry of Secondary Education.

A statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr. Kingsley Eze Emu, said the redeployment of the commissioners takes immediate effect.

Meanwhile, Governor Oborevwori has also approved the nomination of three persons as members of the Governing Council of Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka. 

The nominees are Rt. Hon. Festus Ovie Agas, Rt. Hon. Frank Enekorogha, and Mr. Charles Ajuyah, SAN.

The statement added that the inauguration of the newly nominated Governing Council members will be announced in due course.
