Delta IRS Boss Felicitates Akpowowo on 54th Birthday, Hails His Legislative Excellence

Executive Chairman, Delta State Board of Internal Revenue Service, Hon Solomon Ighrakpata has felicitated with the Deputy Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Arthur Akpowowo as he turns 54 today 21 January 2026.

Hon Ighrakpata on behalf of family, friends and associates, heartily rejoiced with the Deputy Speaker whose live he said, continue to exemplify service, dedication, and excellence in public office.

The IRS Boss said Rt Hon Akpowowo represents the vibrancy of youthful leadership, legislative competence, and unwavering commitment to the growth, stability and good governance of Delta state.

He stated that his contributions in the State Assembly reflect a deep sense of responsibility to the people of Ethiope East Constituency and a passion for democratic governance.
