Delta Queens FC Morale Boosted By Surprise Visit From Sports Commission Chairman

Delta Queens FC is in high spirits as they prepare to face FC Robo in their NWFL Premier League match day 3. The team received a significant morale boost when the Delta State Sports Commission Executive Chairman, Hon. Onoriode Oborevwori, paid a surprise visit to their camp in Lagos. The visit was aimed at encouraging the team before their match on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

During his visit, the Executive Chairman emphasized his commitment to ensuring the team's welfare and assured them of his presence at the Onikan Township Stadium to support them. He commended the team officials for their preparation efforts and urged the players to give their best to secure all three points. In a gesture of support, the Chairman, accompanied by his personal assistant, Mr. Eyimofe Joseph, provided financial support to both players and officials, signaling his dedication to the team's success and promised the team more surprise package for their victory.

In response, Head Coach Keshi Dodo expressed gratitude to the Sports Commission Chairman for his strong support and for boosting the team's spirit. Coach Dodo assured that the team would strive to deliver the three points in their match against FC Robo Queens at the Onikan Stadium. The team's positive atmosphere and the Chairman's support set the stage for an exciting match day.
