Send Ebo On Strategic Crisis Communications Course To Enable Him Address me, Ndukwe Urges Nwoko

Former Oshimili North Council Chairman, Hon Louis Ogugua , has berated a former Commissioner in Delta, Engr Emma Ebo, for diverting attention from issues raised about Senator Ned Nwoko,s "verifiable under performance".

Ndukwe accused Ebo of attempting to throw jabs at his sterling performance during his six years in office as Oshimili North Council Boss, describing such act as not only disappointing, but a minus for Senator Ned Nwoko , he ( Ebo) is trying unsuccessfully to defend.

The former Oshimili North Chairman also clarified his political relationship with Senator Peter Nwaoboshi, dismissing Ebo,s allegations of "betrayal" as not only unfounded , but a diatribe borne out of basic ignorance of terms .

Ndukwe clarified the diversionary tactics of Ebo as follows :

“Even the blind can see through the silhouettes and the deaf can hear through auditory vibrations of the issue-based discussion I have raised concerning the underperformance of our dear Senator, occupying the only seat we are entitled to at the red chamber. Ebo has tried to remove us from the main issue by facing me, and on all fronts, I have managed to keep him on track after responding to his jabs at me with incontrovertible facts.”

“One thing is obvious about Ebo’s untrained spokesmanship: he lacks the stead to have his eyes on the cornerstone of our discussion, which is an error for the man who appointed you as a spokesperson. I know very well that Senator Chinedu would have been disappointed in Ebo’s inability to put forward a deserving defence over his underperformance as our Rep.”

“One would have expected Ebo to run to the public gallery to show the facts checked about things I achieved as a sitting council chairman inside a recession that blew through my six years in the council. Would Ebo deny not knowing the doggedness and courage I summoned to face the deadly herders at that time? Even when everyone was afraid for my life, sleeping and praying not to wake up to the news of my assassination?"

"Senator Ned should send Ebo for a quick course on STRATEGIC CRISES COMMUNICATIONS, then return him to face me on issue-based questions and answers. Maybe Ebo felt he could muscle Louis Ndukwe out of focus, but all those have failed to the acknowledgment of all and sundry."

"I must state clearly without equivocation that my take on this issue is not borne out of malice or hatred but my right of assessment of the man holding our senatorial patrimony. I have made my assertion on Senator Ned Nwoko based on true-life observation across Delta North. I charged Ebo to show us what he has attracted to Ukwunzu (Ebo’s community) and in his own hometown, Idumuje-Ugboko. Rather than showing and telling us all we require, Ebo took us on a ride, unsuccessfully attempting to hoodwink readers into believing that I have no right to ask!”

"Secondly, methinks it is sagacious at this point to throw a little light into my work journey with Senator Nwaoboshi. This has become necessary to clear the brains of the likes of Ebo. As Louis Ndukwe, I didn’t just become politically active when I debuted in 2007. I was a strong member of SDP and my elder brother, Chief Felix Ndukwe, was the state organising secretary. I had gladiated following my elder brother even as a student."

“I was a delegate to the election that eventually produced Senator Dan Azinge after my first leader in politics (late Chief Chris Okolie) was disqualified by INEC and IBB’s government between 1991 and 1993. I was also the Liaison Officer to the campaign office of Dr. Olusola Saraki for President in Delta State. Dr Iwegbue (Okpondogwu) of Ndokwa West was our state coordinator. The office was situated at Chief Henry Onwufuju’s compound in Ogbe-Osowe, Asaba. Please fact-check."

"I didn’t come to Delta in 2007 as a rank-and-file politician. I came with my personal money and defeated all the power blocs in Oshimili North at that time. Fact-check. After that election, which I won on ground, Senator Nwaoboshi sent people to me for us to collaborate together. It is proper to tell the world this story to put paid to your insinuation of betrayal."

"People like Hon. Anthony Onwuenwuzor (PAY) and Chief Nelson Agbamuche were part of those sent to me. After my consultation with my Campaign DG, Chief Tony Ogbo, and our group, we chose to go with Nwaoboshi to at least get some mentorship and training in the game. The journey with Senator Nwaoboshi was not a bad one. I brought value, and he can attest to that."

"Till the minute I took my walk, we never had any issues. He had finished from the Senate two terms and was released by the Supreme Court from prison. It was me and Hon. Bazim Biose that took him from the government hospital back home. At this point, I had made up my mind to return to PDP since there was invariably nothing at stake for me in the party and around him, being an elder statesman who has served and finished his tenure at the Senate. Or do you wish I woke up every morning and resumed in his parlour without any bearing for my own life?"

"Yes, he supported me to the council, and I also supported him with my blood to the Senate. Fact-check."

"Let me educate Ebo and his likes: betrayal, according to dictionary meaning, is an act of treachery, failure to fulfil a duty, violation of trust, etc. In my journey with Senator Nwaoboshi, I never took information of our inner caucus out, so no trust was ever broken. There was no duty created that I abandoned. I was with him through thick and thin. Even in his prison ordeal and travail caused by YOU reading this message, I stood shoulder to shoulder with him until the day I chose to return to PDP."

"I had no quarrels with him, and if politics brings us together, we will play it at a different level. Now that you understand what betrayal is, kindly fact-check if I failed or faltered around him."

"Lastly, let me warn Ebo to refrain from personal lanes and make this conversation about the issues because I may be pushed to tell the whole Anioma and the reading public the story between him and Chief Azomani of Issele-Ukwu and how he destroyed his joy with his wickedness, greed, and selfishness. A trial will convince you! No wonder people like Ned are not excelling with people like Ebo around him."
