APC COUNCILOR’S EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME LANDS IN DESIEC WARD 16, IDUMU-OGO AND UGBOBA

On behalf of the good people of Idumu-Ogo and Ugboba in DESIEC Ward 16, Aniocha-North, I, Hon. Chucks Oseme, Leader of Ward 16 and two-term former Local Government Chairman, heartily welcome our distinguished APC leaders, stakeholders, and party candidates to this momentous occasion.

We express profound gratitude to the former Minority Leader and APC candidate for Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency in the forthcoming general elections, Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu; my leader and our mother of government; Chief (Dame) Nkem Okwuofu; our amiable Local Government Council Chairman, Hon. Emma Bazim Chinye; the Councillors; party leaders; and all members who turned out in their numbers. Your presence and unwavering support for Dr. Alexander Awunor Chidubem, the APC candidate for Aniocha-North State Constituency who hails from this Ward, mean the world to us.

The massive turnout of party leaders, stakeholders, faithfuls, and beneficiaries of the Empowerment Programme was a powerful show of love, loyalty, and progressive solidarity. The atmosphere was electric — clear proof that when leadership delivers, the people respond with unmatched enthusiasm.

This is more than an empowerment exercise.
It is living proof that the APC remains the party of action, the party of the people, and the party that places tangible opportunities in the hands of ordinary citizens.

To every beneficiary who has felt the impact, to every stakeholder who stood firm, and to every supporter who showed up with love and loyalty — thank you. Your presence strengthens our resolve to do even more.

We assure the party of total victory in Ward 16 for all APC candidates — from the President down to our flagbearer for Aniocha-North Constituency 2, Dr. Alexander Awunor Chidubem.

We will not relent.
We will not look back.
We will continue to expand the frontiers of empowerment, development, and progress across Aniocha-North and beyond.

The people have spoken with their feet and their hearts.
APC is delivering.
APC is winning.

Signed
Hon. Chucks Oseme
Leader, DESIEC Ward 16
And the Good People of Idumu-Ogo and Ugboba
